Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using ShipPulse ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App. The App is operated by Offshoot Labs ("we", "our", "us").
2. Description of Service
ShipPulse is a Shopify application that scans your store's product data and shipping configuration to identify misconfigurations. The App provides:
- A shipping health score (0–100) based on detected issues
- Detection of missing product weights and shipping zone problems
- Bulk fix tools to update product attributes (requires optional permission)
- CSV export of detected issues
3. Shopify Account
You must have an active Shopify store to use ShipPulse. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account. We access your store data only through Shopify's official APIs and OAuth authentication.
4. Permissions & Data Access
ShipPulse requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function.
You may grant or revoke the optional write_products
permission at any time. We only modify your store data when you
explicitly initiate a bulk fix action. See our

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use the App in any way that violates Shopify's Terms of Service or applicable laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
ShipPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will identify all shipping configuration issues, or that following its recommendations will result in any specific outcome. The health score is an indicative metric, not a definitive assessment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offshoot Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of the App.
8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using ShipPulse at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, your session data is automatically invalidated. You may request full data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
